I did mention about Dotting Tools right? And yes, I DID buy it! Heehee. It cost 7.5$ though. I bought it from: 3D Nail Art - Fimo Canes. 


Can't wait to try it! Heehee. When I used it, I will definitely blog about the design I did okay? (: Heh.
